I make it a point to grasp both the emotional and legal needs of my clients. When it comes to responsiveness, I’m on top of it, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Managing expectations can be challenging; I offer realistic advice and ensure clients are well-informed about the process. Active listening is a key skill—I take the time to understand their needs and concerns thoroughly. And when it comes to explaining the legal details, I keep it crystal clear and concise. Task prioritization is second nature to me, ensuring a smooth progression of cases.

I have my associate degree in paralegal studies as of May 2022 and am currently enrolled at National University for My Bachelors in Science for Paralegal Studies.
